In this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek to quash and set aside the order dated 22nd March, 2010 passed by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge -1, Solapur in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 33 of 2010 by which the order of injunction granted by the trial court by order dated 16th February, 2010 has been partly modified. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the instant writ petition be disposed of with the direction to the trial court to conclude the proceeding in the suit, if the same is still pending, within a period of three months. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission and taking into account the fact that the order dated 22nd March, 2010 has remained in force for a period of 15 years, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the trial court to
