This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicant for pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.690 of 2022 registered at MIDC Police Station, Solapur, for offences under Section 195A, 323, 324, 427, 452, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By detail order dated 17.03.2023, this Court had granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer, and that he has been duly interrogated.
