Learned Sessions Judge, granting bail to the applicants, shall send report to this court as to whether applicants had informed the court about pendency of these applications. If the pendency of these applications before this court was not brought to the notice of the learned Sessions Judge granting bail to the applicants, the learned Sessions Judge shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law against the applicants. Since the applicants are already released on bail, nothing survives in these applications as of now.
