Since the order passed in WP/5115/2015 on 02/07/2019 is already complied with, as the pension papers of the respondent no. 3-employee was dully forwarded and processed by the Education Officer which has resulted into disposal of the contempt petition, the order impugned dated 20/12/2019 thereby keeping the salary of the respondent in abeyance is hereby quashed and set aside. 2.

We direct the Education Officer to process the request of the petitioner no. 2 about release of the salary expeditiously. 3.

The petition stands allowed in above terms.
