Learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent no.1 informs that, arguments in the Revision Applications tendered to the State of Maharashtra are already heard and the revision applications are pending for recording Judgment. It is further informed that, in view of imposition of Code of Conduct for Parliamentary elections it would be inappropriate for the Hon'ble Minister to declare the decision and that after
Vbg 909-cpl-7609-2019 removal the restrictions imposed by Election Commissioner, appropriate decision would be rendered in the matter. Request is made to grant extension of three months time for recording decision in the matter. Reasonable request made on behalf of the respondents, deserves to be accepted. 2.
In view of the statement made that decision would rendered within period of three months from today in the pending revision applications, Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
