By this petition, preferred through the Legal Services Authority, the petitioner is aggrieved with the stopping of the e-mulakat by the Prison Authority.

Mr. Konde Deshmukh, learned Addl.P.P has filed an affidavit of Shri.Nagnath G. Sawant, Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison dated 14th December, 2024. The said affidavit is taken Wakodikar 1/2

To the said affidavit, is annexed a circular dated 22nd March, 2024. Pursuant to the said circular, e-mulakat has been restarted. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
