The learned counsel for the appellant pointed out that in both the Appeals the valuation of the suit is below 1 crore. These Appeals are against money decree. Therefore, he prays that these Appeals need to be transferred to Additional District Court, Jaisingpur in view of the notification issued by Law and Judiciary Department dated 31st August,

As per the notification No. CCS.2014/C.R.-25/D-19 dated 31st August, 2015, which says that the suits having valuation upto 1 crore are to be transferred to District Court with effect from 1st September, 2015. Hence, this Appeal be transferred to Additional District Court, Jaisingpur. All the orders which are passed earlier if they exists or survive, shall continue.

Registrar (Judicial) to take steps accordingly. These Appeals along with Civil Applications are to be transferred to Additional District Court, Jaisingpur on or before 1st October, 2015. Parties to appear before the learned District Judge on 8th October, 2015.
