The Petitioners have challenged the order dated 02/03/2018 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Pune, u/s 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act partly allowing the Appeal against the order dated 28/10/2017 passed by the Externment Tribunal, Solapur.
