Learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company submits that, the entire amount of compensation is deposited in the Tribunal. Hence, the order of stay is made absolute till decision of the Appeal. 3.

The amount of Rs.25,000/-, which is deposited by the AppellantInsurance Company as a statutory deposit in this Court, be transferred to the concerned Tribunal.
