By this civil application, the Applicant­ Original Claimant is seeking early hearing of the First Appeal No. 801 of 2009 on the ground that he is a senior citizen.

Hence, following order:

ORDER

(a) Hearing of First Appeal NO. 801 of 2009 is expedited in the list of Senior Citizens for hearing and final disposal.

(b) The Registry is directed to place First Appeal No. 801 of 2009 for final hearing in the weekly board as per its turn.

(c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

(d) No order as to costs.
