The Appellate Court, by the impugned order, has rejected the petitioners' application for condonation of delay of 11 years. The Appellate Court, while rejecting the application, has recorded a finding that there is no material to show sufficient cause in explaining inordinate delay of 11 years. Hence, the exercise of discretion by the Appellate Court need not be interfered. 2.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. 3.
