The defendants are challenging the order passed by the Appellate Court granting injunction against them. The said order of injunction is in force since 19 December 2016. Hence, no interference is called for. However, all contentions raised by the petitioners are kept open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit. The writ petition is dismissed.
