The petitioner is original plaintiff whose application for temporary injunction has been rejected by both the Courts below. There is no injunction running in favour of the petitioner at least since 2016. Hence, at this stage, no interference with the concurrent orders passed by the Courts below call for. All contentions raised by the petitioner on merits are kept expressly open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. 2.
