Mr.Gokhale, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the legal heirs of the respondents who have expired have been served. Statement is accepted. Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and perused the averments in the above civil applications. The applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay and for impleadment of the legal heirs of the respondents who have expired.

kvm 2/2 29-CAS745.16 The above three civil applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Amendment to be carried out within three weeks from today. Amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon the respondents within one week thereafter. All the above civil applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
