The Respondent No.5 i.e. The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur, is directed to decide the proposal submitted by the Respondent No.6-Educational Institution for individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner in the post of Peon at Respondent No.7Secondary School, as early as possible, and in any case, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order. 2.

The deficiencies, if any, in the proposal shall be communicated to the Management expeditiously. The Management shall be given osk 1 of

In case, the proposal is approved, Shalarth I.D. be issued to the Petitioner by the Respondent No.4-Deputy Director. 4.
