Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The breach alleged is of the order passed by this Court on 5th March 2014 in writ Petition Nos.2347 of 2014 and 2348 of 2014. The benefit under the said order was available only to the Petitioners in the said two Petitions. The contempt Petitioner was neither a Petitioner in these two Petitions nor he is claiming through any of the Petitioners in these two Petitions. Therefore, it cannot be said that by not accepting the application made by the Petitioner, the Caste Scrutiny
ash cp-583.14 Committee has committed any breach of the aforesaid order of this Court. No case is made out for initiating action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The Petition is disposed of.
