By this civil application, the applicant seeks to bring the respondent no.3 on record in place of the respondent no.2 in view death of the respondent no.2 and the respondent no.3 at present is holding the post of Mathadhish. There is no dispute that the respondent no.3 has been holding the post of Mathadhish in place of the respondent no.2. 2.

Civil application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). No order as to costs. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon the remaining respondents including the substituted respondent simultaneously. Other civil applications which are pending shall be placed on board for 'hearing and final disposal' on 11th December 2015.
