This is an application for expediting the hearing of RCC No.722/2015 pending on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Solapur.

Heard Mr. Gole, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Mohite, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

Mr. Gole submitted that after full fledge trial the applicant has been acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201, 120B, 364, 365 and 368 of the Indian Penal Code. The said offence was registered at the behest of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. As the applicant was defamed in the society by the respondents the applicant

2 /2 44-appln. 193-16 has filed the said complaint which is pending for last more than three years and there is no progress in the same . 4.

In view of the above, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Solapur is hereby requested to expedite the hearing of the said complaint and to make an endeavour to conclude the hearing of the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt of present order. 5.

Application is disposed off.
