The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after the fling of the petition FL2 license has been renewed in the name of respondent No.3.

The learned Counsel submits that the objection of the present petitioner dated 20th January 2022 be directed to be decided. The leaned Counsel for the respondent No.3 Gaikwad RD 1/2

87.WPNo.50572022.doc submitted that the said objection is raised after 28 years. The same cannot be considered.

Respondent No.3 could raise all these objections before the Authority.

The Authority shall take decision on the objections of the petitioner raised on 20th January 2022 after considering the stand of respondent No.1 and considering all the defences raised by the respondent No.3. Such objection be decided preferably within three months. 5.

Stand over to 26th July 2022.
