When the matter is called out today, learned Counsel submit that the matter is settled and this Application is infructuous. However, Mr.Kulkarni raises a grievance against the Civil Judge Senior Division, Umargaon, submitting that he is not permitting the conversion of the Divorce Petition into Mutual Consent Petition. 2.

Be that as it may, the learned Counsel can agitate this grievance in an appropriate proceeding. Since the learned Counsel submit that the matter has been settled between the parties, this Application is disposed of as infructuous.
