Advocate Mr.Helekar appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that as per order dated 27th March, 2014 they have already deposited entire amount in the Registry of this Court. The statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant, averments made in the Civil Application and as the Applicant deposited the amount in the Registry of this Court, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus;
