Heard. By this Civil Application the Advocate for the respondent's seeks implementation of the legal heirs of Respondent nos. 16, 27, 30, 38, 42, 46, 55, 57, 60, 68, 76, 78 and 96. She states that all the respondents have been served. She undertakes to file affidavit of service within a period of one week from today. Subject to affidavit of service filed in the Registry on or before 21 st February, 2018, I pass the following order :

(i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 9 (ii) and (iii). (ii) Amended copy to be served upon Advocate for the petitioner thereafter.

(iii) Re verification dispensed with.
