Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the limited relief sought in this Petition is a direction to Respondent No. 1 to initiate recovery proceedings pursuant to the Inquiry Report dated 26th August, 2019, submitted by the Inquiry Committee. TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO 3.
