By this Application, the Applicants have sought withdrawal of compensation deposited by the Appellant - Insurance Company. 2.

The records reveal that by order dated 03/12/2021, this Court had already permitted the Respondents/original claimant nos.1 to 3 and 5 to withdraw 25% of the amount from their respective shares along with interest accrued thereon.

Mr. Pritesh Bohade, learned counsel for the Applicants/original claimants submits that he was not aware of the said order and hence they did not withdraw the said amount.

The Applicants to comply with the order dated 03/12/2021 and withdraw the amount. At this stage, I am not inclined to allow fresh withdrawal on their behalf.
