Heard learned Counsel for the applicants. Appeal is already admitted in the year 2011 and earlier two bail applications were disposed of not granting bail during pendency of the appeal considering the gravity of the offence established against the applicants. The applicants were found in possession of 145 kgs of Ganja and were convicted for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act and sentenced to suffer RI for ten years. Out of this substantive sentence, about eight years are already over. As such, it would be in the 1 / 2
