In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file an appropriate Application after filing of the charge­sheet.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 4.

It is made clear, that if an Application for regular bail is filed after filing of the charge­sheet, the learned Judge shall consider the same on its own merits uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
