Pursuant to order dated 21st August, 2015, affidavit is to be taken on record as it is produced and copy of the same is furnished to the other side.

The learned counsel for the appellant pointed out that in this Appeal the valuation of the suit is for Rs.14,00,000/-, i.e. below 1 crore, therefore, he prays that this Appeal needs to be transferred to District Court, Solapur in view of the notification issued by Law and Judiciary Department dated 31st August, 2015.

As per the notification No. CCS.2014/C.R.-25/D-19 dated 31st August, 2015, which says that the suits having valuation upto 1 crore are to be transferred to District Court with effect from 1st September, 2015.

41.FA750_2015.doc Hence, this Appeal be transferred to District Court, Solapur. All the orders which are passed earlier if they exists or survive, shall continue. 4.

Registrar (Judicial) to take steps accordingly. This Appeal along with Civil Application are to be transferred to District Court, Solapur on or before 1st October, 2015. Parties to appear before the learned District Judge on 12th October, 2015.

First Appeal along with Civil Application are disposed of as transferred.
