Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition seeking directions against the Labour Court at Kolhapur for expeditious hearing of his new complaint, being Complaint (ULP) No.43/2018. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. The Labour Court at Kolhapur shall dispose of complaint (ULP) No. 43/2018, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits in this petition as well as in Complaint (ULP) No.66/2016 are kept open, to be agitated before the Labour Court in Complaint, being Complaint (ULP) No.43/ 2018.
