This application is for effecting minor correction in Criminal Application No.3305/2018 whereby the applicant was granted bail and he is restrained from entering the jurisdiction of Satara District. Learned counsel for applicant submits that, it should be District Sangli instead of Satara. Offence is registered with Jat Police Station in Sangli Page1/2
Nalawade 915-appp-394-19.doc District and trial would thus take place within Sangli District. In the circumstances, it is found that, inadvertently in sub-clause (C) of Paragraph 6 of order dated 30.1.2019 the word Satara is mentioned. In that view of matter, application is allowed and applicant is restrained from entering within the jurisdiction of Sangli District except for attending trial court on fixed dates. Application is allowed in above terms.
