This Petition is filed by the Petitioner essentially seeking to contest election of Managing Committee of Respondent No.3-Society for the period 2009-10 to 2014-15 from the reserved category. The Petitioner has also challenged the validity of certain bye-laws pertaining to voting rights of certain members. Due to passage of time, the Petition is rendered infructuous. Hence the Petition to stand disposed of as infructuous. 2.

We note that the connected Writ Petition No. 1759 of 2010 was also withdrawn.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, the Civil Application does not survive and disposed of.
