By way of praecipe, the learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for speaking to the minutes of the order of this Court dated 10 th August, 2022. It is submitted before this Court that on the last occasion, under an erroneous belief, the learned Counsel for the petitioner had submitted before this Court that proceeding is filed before the 'Civil Court', instead, of 'Co-operative Court'. modification of the said order by substituting the words 'Co-operative Court' wherever the reference is made as 'Civil Court'. 3.

Accordingly, in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 10 th August, 2022 of this Court be modified by substituting the words Co-operative Court wherever the reference is made as Civil Court. Accordingly, the order dated 10 th August, 2022 be modified and uploaded.
