It has been stated by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners that the question involved in this Petition has been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in Kiran Namdeo Shinde and Ors. v. the State of Maharashtra, Through Secretary, Social Welfare Dept. and Ors. vide order dated 21.9.2013 passed in Writ Petition No.2358 of 2013 and the other connected writ petitions. He submits that this Petition may be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.4 to consider Petitioners' grievance and take appropriate decision keeping in view the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in Kiran Namdeo Shinde and Ors. (Supra) Shivgan 1/2

19-WP-6375-2014 In view of the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting on the merits of the petition, we direct the Respondent No.4 to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioners' grievance as expeditiously as possible by treating this petition as representation. The Petitioners may submit copy of this Petition along with a copy of this order passed today before the Respondent No.4.

Decision as aforesaid be taken by the Respondent No.4 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order as the consequential benefits if found to be entitled be also extended in their favour within the same period. C.C. as per Rules.
