Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that, the Civil Application (St) No.26857 of 2017 in Review Petition (St) No.26856 of 2017 came to be dismissed by conditional order dated 27th August, 2021 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II), by which, four weeks time was granted to remove objections, failing which, registration of the Civil Application was directed to be refused. He states that, none appears for the Respondents.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the

The Applicant to remove office objections within a period of twelve weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
