P.C.:- Ms. Shinde, learned APP on instructions from the Medical Officer, Kolhaur Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner is being taken to CPR Hospital, Kolhapur for necessary treatment. That, the Petitioner was lastly send to CPR Hospital, Kolhaur on 12th January, 2023. 2) In view of the above, we find that the Order dated 7th November, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No.5117 of 2019 is being complied with.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
