Perused the application and reasons stated therein. The reasons as stated in paragraph No.9 of application shows that son of applicant had suffered road accident and he was under medical Gaikwad RD 1/2

61-ia-3549-2025.doc treatment, which caused delay in filing Second Appeal. The reasons as stated are not controverted by learned Advocate appearing for Respondents.

In that view of the matter, case is made out to condone delay. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.

Second Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections.
