Interim application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 22nd October 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). As per the conditional order, for non removal of office objections, the registration of writ petition stood refused. There is delay of 451 days in preferring the present application. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that there has been change of advocate by reason of which papers and proceedings could not be handed over to the present advocate and thus some delay has been caused in preferring the application.
