The only contention urged on behalf of the Petitioner is that the proceedings which are filed by the Petitioner and stated to be pending before Respondent No.2, Deputy Commissioner, Pune, namely, an Appeal filed by the Petitioner, be directed to be decided as expeditiously as possible. 2.
We, accordingly, dispose of this Petition directing Respondent No.2 to decide the said Appeal as expeditiously as possible, and, in any case, within a period of ten weeks from the date the order of this Court is presented before Respondent No.2.

All contentions in the pending proceedings are expressly kept open. 4.
The Petition is disposed of. No costs.

The Petitioner is permitted to file an Interim Application praying for interim order. Let such Application be filed within a period of one week. If the same is filed, the same be considered and decided within a period of three weeks from the date of filing the same.

Till such application is decided the parties are directed to maintain status-quo.

Needless to observe that the Petitioner shall also join the third party allotees as parties to the proceedings pending before Respondent No2. 8.
