By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for entrusting the investigation to some other agency other than the agency which was entrusted the investigation. 2.

It appears that the Petitioner was convicted after full fledged trial and thereafter he preferred an appeal before the higher court. Since the said appeal is pending and the grievance raised by the Petitioner does not subsist as on date, we are unable to accede to the prayer of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition stands rejected. 3.
