Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that as previously 50% of the decretal amount was permitted to be deposited in the Trial Court, the balance 50% of the decretal amount should also be directed to be deposited in the Trial Court. However, in paragraph 5 of the said order, this Court has directed 50% of the amount to be deposited in this Court. Learned AGP does not dispute the said position.

In the second last line of paragraph No.5, the words "50% of the amount be deposited in this Court" be substituted with the words, "50% of the amount be deposited in the Trial Court". 4.
