This Application is for condonation of 55 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the order dated 14.10.2014 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division Satara below Exh.1 in Probate Petition no. 18 of 2012.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

"a) That by an Order of this Hon'ble Court, 55 days delay caused in filing the First Appeal be kindly condoned."
