Mr. Nagesh Chavan, learned counsel for the Petitioner, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file Amendment Application as to challenge the Sale Deed dated 11/06/2014.

Leave with liberty is granted. Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. The Trial Court shall decide the Amendment Applilcation, if filed, on its own merits.
