This Appeal is filed challenging Judgment & Order passed by Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi in LAR No.702 of 2002 dated 6th June, 2006, whereby the reference under Section 18 filed by the Respondents/Claimants came to be partly allowed. The Learned SLAO had awarded the amount of Rs.25,988/-. The same is enhanced to Rs.41,250/-. Amount of difference is Rs.15,262/-.

The Learned AGP submits that in view of GR dated 3rd November, 2016 and 11th May, 2018, the amount enhanced by the Reference Court is within four times from the amount awarded by the SLAO & seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal.
