This Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and decree passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi dated 06.06.2006 in LAR No.706 of 2002, whereby the amount of compensation is enhanced by Rs.47,250/-. The SLAO had granted compensation of Rs.18428/-. The amount of difference is Rs.28,822/-. Considering the GR dated 3rd November, 2016 and 11th May, 2018, the amount enhanced is within four Manoj

2 906-FA-316-2024.doc times of the amount awarded by learned SLAO. Considering the same, learned AGP seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal. 3.

The Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Appellant is entitled to refund of Court fee as per rules. 5.
