In the instant case, the SLAO has awarded an amount of Rs. 8,033/- as and by way of compensation. The same has been enhanced SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE to Rs. 12,750/-. Given that the amount of enhancement is very meagre, this Court would not entertain the Appeal filed by the State and the by SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE Date: 2024.12.02 10:16:23 +0530 same is accordingly dismissed.

It is made clear that the Appeal has not been decided on merits and have no bearing on other Appeals, where the quantum of compensation is large.

Needless to state that the Respondents shall always at liberty to withdraw the enhanced amount.
