Heard Mr. Sakhare, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners and Mr. Joshi, learned Advocate for the Respondent. 2.

After hearing pleadings at length, after the mind of the Court was expressed Mr. Sakhare in his usual fairness would fairly inform the Court to confirm the order dated 21.01.2017 by keeping all contentions of Writ Petitioners open before the Family Court, Kolhapur. Submission made by Mr. Sakhare is fair. 3.

Needless to state that after transfer of the suit proceedings, the Family Court, Kolhapur shall commence from the stage at which the proceedings were halted before the 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur.

In so far merits of the matter are concerned, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed or opined on the same and all contentions of both parties are kept open.
