This is an application for fixing an early date of hearing of the Writ Petition No. 2396 of 2012.

The record indicates that, the present Writ Petition has been admitted on 12th March 2014, however, interim relief was not granted in favour of the petitioner. In view of the pendency of the petitions, this Court is taking up petitions for final hearing chronologically. 3.

In view thereof, place the petition on 'Final Hearing Board' as per its own turn in the week commencing from 17th February 2020. 4.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
