At the outset learned APP on instructions from Mr. Daingade, PSI, Vijapur Naka Police Station, Solapur City submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, police have submitted chargesheet on 15th March, 2023 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (Court No.2) Solapur.

In view thereof, Petitioners are having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court. 3.

By reserving the alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off. 4.
