There is a concurrent finding recorded against the Petitioners and in favour of the Respondents /Plaintiffs. Both the Courts below on the basis of the material on record have come to a conclusion that the Plaintiffs are in defacto possession of the suit property and the Defendants are therefore required to be injuncted from disturbing the possession of the Plaintiffs. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners Mr. Ingale after arguing for sometime states that the Petitioners would be satisfied if the hearing of the Suit i.e. Regular Civil Suit No.306 of 2013, is expedited. The impugned order is not interfered with, however in the facts and circumstances of the case, the hearing of the Suit is expedited. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
