Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.4 and 5 states that the Revision Application No.554 of 2018 is kept on board for hearing and final disposal before the learned Divisional Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies (Dairy) Pune division, Pune. The statement is accepted.

Learned Divisional Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies (Dairy) Pune division, Pune is directed to hear the said revision application expeditiously and shall not grant any unnecessary 1/2
512-wp3582-18 adjournment to the parties. Learned Divisional Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies (Dairy) Pune division, Pune shall decide the said revision application without being influenced by the observations made and the conclusion drawn in the impugned order which is the subject matter of this writ petition.

The parties are directed to remain present before the learned authority on the next date, without fail. Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 21st March, 2018 to continue during the pendency of the said revision application and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order as may be passed by the learned authority if the same is adverse against the petitioner. 5.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
