Present appeal arises out of interim order passed below Exhibit 7 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 159 of 2018. Regular Civil Appeal No. 159 of 2018 has been disposed of by judgment and order dated 21st December 2023 passed by District Judge, Sangli. 2.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this appeal. Hence, appeal stands disposed of. 3.
